Naturally high in minerals like magnesium, potassium and calcium, it is traditionally harvested by hand in Mexico, as it has been for hundreds of years. Summer rains wash rich minerals off the Sierra Made mountains into seaside lagoons, eventually bursting past sand barriers to mix with the Pacific Ocean, capturing the minerals and flavors of the sea, land and sky. Our sea salt was tested to be lower in microplastics and higher in minerals than the three leading brands!
